Vertical CNC Internal And External Grinder Grinding Machine

This machine tool is a four axis two linkage (X, Z axis) vertical CNC internal and external cylindrical compound grinder, which adopts the Siemens 828D CNC system.

Product Description

Our advantage is once clamping can grind the inner circle, inner step, outer circle and external face of the work piece. Including automatic feeding, rough grinding and fine grinding; the grinding wheel's feed, return, grinding wheel's dressing and compensation are all automatically accomplished.


The machine tool is made of wear-resistant cast iron, with electro-permanent magnetic suction cups or chucks installed on the rotary axis of the hydrostatic workpiece, while special fixtures can be customized according to the specificity of the user's workpiece.

The speed of the grinding wheel is variable frequency speed regulation, and the grinding wheel's speed can be altered based on the task's requirements. Additionally, a vertical grinding head or horizontal grinding head will be built according to the demands of the user for processing components.
